Cancellation Policy

Zillow 3D Tours are published directly to Zillow. A shareable link is provided for MLS upload and general sharing. Tours can be scheduled through our website or by phone. Property access instructions must be provided at the time of booking to ensure the appointment can be completed as scheduled. Completed tours are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. The shareable link will be sent to the email provided at booking and may be used for MLS and marketing purposes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Rescheduling is permitted up to 8 hours before the appointment at no additional cost. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the property is clean, staged, and accessible at the scheduled time. If access is not available or site conditions prevent completion of the tour, the appointment will be canceled and no tour will be delivered.
