Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is allowed up to 8 hours before the appointment.

Add-On Services: Floor plans and Social Media Video Tours can be added when booking, creating a complete listing package.

Content Rights: Clients receive full rights to use delivered videos, images, and links for marketing purposes. Intellectual property rights remain with the creator.
